Does Olde Dobbin Station have dressing rooms?

Yes! You have full use of the grooms room and bridal suite! There is also a bathroom in the chapel that is neutral for both the bridal suite and grooms area.

How far in advance should book the venue?

You can book the venue up to 2 years out, but please note if it is booked less than 6 months out, an escalated payment plan will be in force to catch you up to the deposits

Does Olde Dobbin Station provide any tables and chairs for the venue?

We provide table and chairs but you are responsible for the breakdown and set up of those tables and chairs… We have 300 White Chiavari Chairs for indoor use and 300 folding white resins for outdoor use. The Chiavari’s are not allowed outdoors. There are also 30 8′ rectangular tables and 40 60″ rounds.

May we take engagement or bridal pictures at Olde Dobbin Station?

Yes, but you will need to call Carrie McCoy to schedule a time.

Can I Visit Olde Dobbin Station?

A tour appointment can be arranged by contacting Carrie McCoy at 936-828-0790 or Brittany Mahler at 936-230-7068. You must be accompanied by Carrie or Brittany or make arrangements with them prior to visiting the site location.

What Does it Cost to Rent Olde Dobbin Station?

How Many Guests Can Olde Dobbin Station hold?

Olde Dobbin Station can hold up to 530 guests.

Can I Provide My Own Alcoholic Beverages?

Olde Dobbin Station offers alcohol packages to best suit your needs.  Please email Carrie McCoy for more details.  All alcohol must be purchased through Olde Dobbin Station, who will provide all bar tenders, plastic ware. All use of the bar is subject to a bar set up fee to include these items.

Can I Use My Own Caterer/Florist/Decorator?

Yes, you may! The vendor must be approved by Olde Dobbin Station 30 days prior to the event date. The catering company you select MUST have their Department of Health Certificate and be insured. You can view more information on our Vendor Page

Where Do We Park?

There is plenty of parking!!! Olde Dobbin Station is located on 40 acres; therefore parking will not be an issue. We have room for up to 70 cars on our concrete parking lot, you are welcome to also use the space around the designated parking lot too!

Does the Facility Permit Smoking?

Olde Dobbin Station is a NON SMOKING venue. We ask that all individuals smoke 50 feet away from the venue. Please also respect the grounds and dispose of any and all cigarette buds.
