We are one of the few family owned and operated venues left in the area. Olde Dobbin Station is truly historic with a tremendous amount of character.
Dobbin Station can sit up to 530 with a dance floor and all. During cultural events that require extra catering and stages, we can accommodate 300 max. The chapel is able to sit 300 guests.
Prices range from $5,000 to $9,500. Holiday dates may be at a different rate.
You have access from 8am to 1am (17 hours). Vendors need to return within the hour after clients exit.
Olde Dobbin Station is a fully licensed bar. All alcohol must be purchased through Olde Dobbin Station. We are designed to be very flexible to fit within your budget. We can design your bar package to serve your guests what you desire.
Your bar set up fee includes five hours of security. If you desire to have the bar open for more than five hours, you are able to add on additional security by the hour. If your event does not have a bar and is over 200 people, there will be a $600 fee to cover security for your event.
We do have two dressing suites. They have recently been updated.
We have a great vendor list. However, you do not have to use our vendors. Our strong vendor list is designed to be a blueprint for your event. If you use a vendor off of our list, we do need to approve the vendor 30 days prior to the event date. They must have a Department of Health Certificate and be insured. You can plan your entire event or we can help with our all inclusive options.
We are minutes away from Lake Conroe. There are many options available from resorts, hotels, Airbnb’s, cabin rentals, villas and rv parks.
There is plenty of parking at Olde Dobbin Station. We doubled the parking lot in 2025 and we have additional parking with road base.
Olde Dobbin Station is a nonsmoking venue. We ask that all individuals smoke 50 feet away from the venue. Please also respect the grounds and dispose all cigarette buds into the dispensers.
We have white Chiavari chairs for indoor use, white garden chairs for outdoor and chapel use, 60” rounds and 8’ rectangular tables. Our team will set up your tables and chairs and tear them down at the end of the evening as well. This is all included in your venue rental.
There will be four payments of 25% payments. The first one will be invoiced after the contract is complete.
